You've probably forgotten about this, but backtrack to a couple of years ago and this was one of the biggest tracks around, and became the signature song for the Swedish-American band.
This whirlwind of success becomes all the more impressive when you read the backstory behind it. Recorded in one take and written in a mere 20 minutes, it seems to be a one of a kind. It may smack of laziness but this short route to superstardom worked wonders for the band.
Now, 3 years down the line, the song has been used in numerous TV shows like The Beautiful Life, The Hills, Gossip Girl and 90210 and has been performed by contestants on America's Got Talent and those of a similar ilk. Not bad for 20 minutes work eh?
